This site allows 4YGo to establish email lists for as many groups large or small as may be needed. That will make it easier to exchange messages regularly across a group with changing membership. There is web access to all group mail. There is moderation and privacy if that's required, and posts are also available via RSS feeds. There is also an online chat facility. (But Skype is better.)
